Morgan is excited to bring her vision to life combining her passions of tech and engineering with recruiting. Her background is not only entrepreneurial being a part of several successful start up organizations, she also has a mix of technical, project management and recruitment experience in both staffing agency and corporate structures from large global organizations to start up technology companies. In her free time, she spends a majority of it with her animals from her two dogs to her horses she shows competitively.

Lauren is thrilled to join the initial launch of InStride Staffing as the Operations Manager. She brings nearly 20 years of management experience, a unique creative perspective, and a deep passion for the staffing industry. A Louisiana native and proud graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, Lauren has spent the past two decades in New York City honing her career in the talent market. Her professional journey began in theater arts but quickly transitioned towards the HR world, where she felt she had the ability to make a significant impact on people’s lives. Lauren’s expertise encompasses leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, career coaching, and resume crafting. In her free time, she enjoys special effects design, live theater, and spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and their three puppies, Bacon, Shadeaux, and Dingle.
